Context
In terms of practical activities, awareness raising is where you start. Your success, or otherwise, in doing it well will be a key factor in how successful your initiative is going forward. It will be a key part in your BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS (2.12) and in sustaining MOMENTUM (3.6).
Here’s a great short film about the Hale Local Food Market, started by the Hale & Redlynch Transition Group (part of New Forest Transition), lead by Richard & Paula Downard. The market takes place on the third Saturday of every month. I love these little films of Transition on the ground…
Well yesterday’s first one went very well, some great comments, thanks all. Today’s pattern is about the Project Support concept.
Context
This pattern is a key part of BECOMING A FORMAL ORGANISATION, offering an underlying principle designed to ensure that the key focus of the initiative is its WORKING GROUPS and PRACTICAL MANIFESTATIONS and the role of the rest of the organisation is to support those.
