Of interest,but far too simplified as all manner of global events,economic demand changes,technical developments & alternatives have been glossed over. Even just a single one of these (perhaps the 1973 Arab-Israeli war oil shock) could greatly skew the inverted bath tub “normal” curve. The recent global collapse in PV panel prices is making direct solar utilisation extremely appealing too.
