		<description>We&#039;re not allowed to brainstorm anymore...it&#039;s called thought showering so as not to cause offence to anyone. I agree totally that we have to look for the community to come up with many of the solutions, once they have been gicen some info. Otherwise it is very difficult to get them onboard. And I also agree that in the case of growing food it is almost a case of relearning how to do it within local areas and prepatring for the day when the dozy politicians wake up. Whar we are trying to do in West Johnstone is just that to some extent. The fact that the reason we&#039;ve set up  growing schemes,a food co-op and a timebank is to prepare for the decline in services from outside is something I&#039;m underplaying at the moment. It&#039;s less threatening to sneak it in under people&#039;s radar this way. Once they are comfortable with these strange new ideas then they may be more likely to hear the reasons behind them. Maybe.</description>
