Your chance to interview Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone
Many people involved in Transition have been inspired by the work of Joanna Macy, and also of Chris Johnstone. The two recently collaborated on a new book called “Active Hope: how to face the mess we’re in without going crazy”. In a couple of weeks I will be doing an interview with the two of them, and I want to offer you the opportunity to ask the questions you have always wanted to ask the two of them. Please send any questions you might have to me at rob (at) transitionculture.org. Get your thinking caps on! Thanks.

Dear Rob,
Thanks for this – I’ve never been interviewed by a network before, what an inspiring model of participation. Looking forward to the questions that come.
With you, in this transition adventure
Chris.

Hi,
How do we take steps to gently connect with the general population who are not thinking the way we are about the world, without them switching off or feeling ‘talked at’…?

Hi people,
A question from Holland: How could we best bring this work within TT-groups? Although lot of people sympathise with it, we have not been able yet to let it grow. As fas as I have seen, lot of people don’t like to put effort/time in the Heart & Soul approach. Most of this resistance seems to come from man and from the more technical oriented people. And also I hear often that they are to busy running their projects and/or don’t believe this approach will do any good.
