This is just a little technical note…
I believe that there is a little box that you can un-tick when you embed a Youtube video that disables the “Show suggested videos when the video finishes” – making your blog less Youtube-like!

It was in Tooting where our own efforts began in 2004 with a proposal to stimulate local economies by means of business re-investing profit in CDFIs. It was in that plan that we warned of the risk of traditional capitalism as a insufficient paradigm.

Where we are today, in the Forest of Dean our focus is on a local energy project reinvesting in the way described above. Our great obstacle seems to be the Local Action Group who are gatekeepers to RDPE funds We seem to be being stonewalled for months on end, then offered half of the requested investment. My understanding is that Transition is in some way part of the LAG.

With this now going on since last July It may be time to consider a complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman.
