I felt different on the train coming home - I was talking to people on the train, offering to carry luggage and just generally with my heart feeling very open to other people. I&#039;m a friendly and open guy normally but this felt as though it was coming from a much deeper place than just &#039;being polite and helpful&#039;.&lt;/p&gt;
