It would be interesting to ponder the impact of relocalisation on schooling and education and I expect that it could provide renewed impetus for more devolved arrangements as the rationale and accessibility of larger units declines in much the same way as other overcentralised 'distribution' systems. Something to rather look forward to I think... And we were promised not just Chris Skrebowski's PPT for further edification...
