Designing Outrageously Successful Projects – a Powerful Tool for Powerdown.

jcWe were delighted at [Transition Town Totnes](http://www.transitiontowns.org/Totnes”TTT”) recently to be able to host a one-day workshop for our group facilitators with John Croft from the [Gaia Foundation of Western Australia](http://www.gaia.iinet.net.au/”GF”) on his model for the structure for the design of ÔÇťoutrageously successful projects

Wow ! As a project manager in ‘a former life’ I am in awe of how straightforward and clear this model is. And best of all – how inclusive of those involved.
I think I’ll try it out on a small project here.
