Able to present the facts in a persuasive way that optimizes understanding of the issues while educating at the same time.  A rare ability.  Her writing, speeches, etc are uniquely powerful.  People like her need to get into politics in a more fundamental way (IE run for head of state) if the world is to have any chance.&lt;/p&gt;
