<p>Congratulations Rob and the students in Totnes!
I think your exercise is well researched and planned out and is a powerful tool to help people to complete their process of learning to change. I'm just back from the Cultivate (Dublin) symposium a la world cafe style where we where looking at the issues of "How can people change their values and thinking in order to deal with Peak Oil and Climate change.
This worked very well in terms of getting people to think about change. It is going in a lot deeper if you have the chance to work out a personal program for change and be encouraged to commit to it. This is where the utilisation of will comes into play, or as "Dr.R.Assagioli asserts (that) the true function of will is not to act against the personality drives to force the accomplishment of one's purpose. The will has a directive and regulatory function; it balances and constructively utilises all the other activities and energies of the human being without repressing any of them."</p>
